Early Childhood Development; ECD) Facilitator

Our client is looking for a nurturing and dynamic Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator to join their dedicated team in Centurion . This position is central to providing a stimulating and safe environment for young children, focusing on holistic development through play-based learning. You will be instrumental in guiding children through crucial developmental milestones, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

The role requires a creative individual who is passionate about early learning and committed to establishing a foundation for lifelong learning in a supportive and collaborative setting within Gauteng .

• Design and implement age-appropriate daily programs that promote learning and development through play.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and developmental needs effectively.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment, ensuring all children's needs are met.
• Engage children in a variety of activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Communicate constructively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's development and engagement in the program.

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• A strong understanding of child psychology and developmental stages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• First Aid certification is a significant advantage for this role in Centurion .
