About the Role

An established educational institution in Centurion is looking for a dedicated Montessori Educator to join their passionate team. This role involves guiding children aged 3-6 through the Montessori curriculum, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. You will create a prepared environment that encourages self-directed exploration and hands‑on activities, utilizing Montessori principles to support each child's unique developmental journey. The position requires a blend of on‑site classroom instruction and remote engagement with parents for progress updates and collaborative support, ensuring a holistic approach to early childhood education.

• Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum effectively in the classroom.
• Prepare and maintain the learning environment, ensuring it is orderly, stimulating, and child‑centered.
• Observe and document children's progress, interests, and developmental needs.
• Guide children in developing practical life skills, sensorial exploration, and academic concepts.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities, both in‑person and virtually.

• Certified Montessori teacher (e.g., AMI, MACTE accredited program).
• Experience working with children in a Montessori setting.
