About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and inspiring Kindergarten Teacher to lead a classroom in Centurion . This role requires a dedicated educator to foster a love of learning and prepare young children for their transition into primary school. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and educational environment that stimulates intellectual, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate is passionate about early education, skilled in curriculum development, and committed to building a strong foundation for lifelong learning in a dynamic school community.

• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover literacy, numeracy, science, and creative arts for kindergarten-aged children.
• Assess student progress through observation, assessment tools, and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain a positive, stimulating, and safe classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and any concerns.
• Organize and supervise educational field trips and classroom activities to enhance learning experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in Early Childhood or Foundation Phase.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching kindergarten or similar age group.
• In-depth knowledge of the CAPS curriculum and modern teaching methodologies.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
• Proficiency in creating differentiated learning experiences for diverse student needs.
