Preschool Teacher - Toddler Program

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead their Toddler Program in Centurion . This role is dedicated to providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 18 months to 3 years, focusing on their crucial early developmental stages. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a play-based curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities for toddlers.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Observe and document children's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Manage classroom routines, including feeding, napping, and toileting, with sensitivity and care.
• Foster positive peer interactions and support the emotional well-being of each child.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to enhance the educational program.

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., NQF Level 4/5).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching toddlers or in a similar early years setting.
• Deep understanding of toddler development milestones and learning styles.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team.
• Valid police clearance and First Aid certification are essential.
