Early Childhood Development Practitioner

Our client is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Development Practitioner for their centre in Centurion . This role involves planning and implementing engaging learning experiences that promote the holistic development of young children. You will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. This position offers a blend of on-site and potential remote administrative duties, providing flexibility while ensuring high-quality early education is delivered.

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining detailed records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high standards of care and education across the centre.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development (e.g., NQF Level 4 or
  5).
• At least 2 years of practical experience working with young children.
• A strong understanding of child development milestones and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent classroom management and engagement skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for parent and team interaction.
