We are looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to drive the design, development, and delivery of impactful technical training programmes across our business.
What you'll do:- Identify technical training needs and skills gaps across the business
- Develop, maintain and update training materials and learning content
- Coordinate and support the delivery of technical training programmes
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, SMEs and managers to align training with business needs
- Support employee onboarding, continuous learning and change initiatives
- Maintain training records, LMS (Moodle) data and compliance documentation
- Ensure training quality, effectiveness and adherence to organisational standards
- 2+ years' experience in technical training coordination, L&D or a similar role
- A relevant training, learning or similar qualification
- Strong understanding of technical systems, applications and technologies
- Experience with e-learning development tools
- Knowledge of virtual training platforms
- CompTIA CTT+, MCT, ATD or CPTD certification will be advantageous
