We're recruiting a Support Field Technician to join a fast-growing leader in the solar and energy sector. If you have experience troubleshooting solar systems, inverters and electrical equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Troubleshooting solar, inverter and electrical faults
• Performing installations, maintenance and component replacements
• Commissioning and configuring solar systems
• Monitoring system performance and carrying out firmware updates
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Providing excellent technical support to customers
• Managing service tickets and documentation

Essential
:

• Experience in a technical support or field service role
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and inverters
• Electrical knowledge (single and three-phase advantageous)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly advantageous:

• Experience with Sunsynk, Deye, Victron, Huawei or Solis
• Solar PV qualifications or certifications
• Experience with lithium battery systems and monitoring platforms

R18 000 - R25 000 per month CTC
