Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Remote Solar Energy Consultant to join their growing advisory team. In this fully remote role, you will guide homeowners and businesses through the process of adopting solar energy solutions, providing expert advice on system design, financial incentives, and environmental benefits. You will leverage your technical understanding and communication skills to build trust and facilitate successful solar installations.

- Consult with potential clients to assess their energy needs and determine the suitability of solar energy systems.
- Design preliminary solar system layouts and provide detailed cost-benefit analyses, including ROI calculations.
- Explain government incentives, rebates, and financing options available for solar installations.
- Stay current with advancements in solar technology, regulations, and market trends to provide the most accurate advice.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and recommendations to clients.
- Liaise with installation partners to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction post-installation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar energy consulting, sales, or a similar advisory role.
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy efficiency, and relevant industry technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for explaining technical details clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
- Familiarity with solar design software is a plus.
