Project Engineer, Engineering Design & Technologists

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. This role involves overseeing all phases of project execution, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and professional delivery.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from planning to completion
• Break down projects into manageable work packages
• Review and approve design documentation before construction
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain alignment and satisfaction
• Manage and mentor project managers and technical staff
• Continuously improve systems and processes for efficient project delivery
• Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation
• Act as a technical representative in client meetings

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial project engineering or related sectors
• Proven experience managing project execution and engineering teams
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on knowledge of all project lifecycle stages, including procurement, design, and construction

• B-Tech or
  
  B.Eng in (essential)
• Category C certification (essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Projects
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
