A leading property development company is looking for a Junior Green Accredited Professional to join their sustainability team and support green building certification initiatives.

• Oversee the green certification process ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Review submissions from consultants for accuracy and compliance.
• Take on the EDGE Expert role and lead post-construction audits.
• Conduct inspections and reviews of green sites to ensure compliance with certification standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors consultants and stakeholders on site.
• Prepare and submit required documents plans and reports to auditors.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks related to certification.

• Qualification:
  
  BSc Degree in Sciences Engineering or Construction.
• Experience:
  
  2 years working experience including at least 1 Green Star building project.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  GBCSA Green Star AP & IFC EDGE Expert certification.
• Strong administration and reporting skills.
