Incomar, an aerospace and defence company based in Centurion, South Africa, invites graduates to join its Graduate Development Programme as Mechanical Engineers. The role offers hands-on experience in aerostructures, airframes, and mechanical parts for aerospace and defence applications.
Successful candidates gain training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects. A 12- to 24-month programme with potential permanent placement follows completion, with in-office work starting January 2027.
