Head of Industrialisation

This strategic leadership role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in product industrialisation, systems engineering, or product development. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end industrialisation process, ensuring products are manufacturable, testable, cost-effective, and capable of being produced at scale while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams, you will drive industrialisation strategy, support business growth initiatives, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the organisation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Industrialisation, RF Design Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven track record of solving complex technical and operational challenges.
• Strong leadership experience within a technical engineering environment.
• Experience managing product transfers from development into manufacturing.
• Product outsourcing and supplier management experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of manufacturability, testability, production processes, and quality systems.
• Experience driving cost reduction, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution capability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and implement the industrialisation strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Lead the end-to-end industrialisation process from design through qualification and production release.
• Ensure products are manufacturable, testable, scalable, and repeatable while maintaining quality standards.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and improve overall manufacturability.
• Reduce technical debt through structured engineering and process improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve production and testing challenges.
• Manage outsourcing activities and product transfers to manufacturing partners where required.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing industrialisation team.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as the key link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability.
