• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field, with a specialization in automation.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on automation and advanced manufacturing systems.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex automation projects from concept to deployment.
• Deep expertise in robotics, PLC programming, SCADA systems, and other industrial control technologies.
• Experience with simulation software for automation design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and applications.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in R&D or the implementation of novel manufacturing technologies.
