• Lead the structural design and analysis of aircraft components and assemblies.
• Perform detailed stress analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Conduct fatigue and fracture mechanics assessments to ensure long-term structural integrity.
• Analyze and design with advanced composite materials and metallic alloys.
• Develop and validate structural test plans and procedures.
• Ensure structural designs comply with all relevant aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, systems, and aerodynamics teams to optimize designs.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and design justifications.
• Mentor and guide junior structural engineers.
• Participate in design reviews and support certification activities.

• Master's or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in structures.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in aircraft structural design and analysis.
• Proven expertise in FEA software (e.g., NASTRAN, ABAQUS) and CAD tools.
• Deep understanding of aircraft structural mechanics, materials science, fatigue, and fracture.
• Experience with composite materials design and analysis.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and certification processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
