• Develop structural concepts, calculations, and drawings for various materials including steel, concrete, and masonry.
• Collaborate closely with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to structural designs.
• Perform structural assessments of existing buildings and propose retrofitting or strengthening solutions.
• Utilize advanced structural analysis software for modeling and simulation.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation, and structural reports.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) is essential.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in structural design, particularly for commercial and multi-story buildings.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP
  2000, ETABS, SAFE, Revit Structure).
• Solid understanding of material properties, structural behavior, and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage client relationships effectively.
