• Lead the geological and engineering assessment of potential geothermal resource sites.
• Design and optimize geothermal power plant systems, including drilling, reservoir management, and heat extraction technologies.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and operational phases of geothermal projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, economic analyses, and risk assessments for geothermal development.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable reservoir management and long-term resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and technology partners to advance geothermal initiatives.
