Civil Engineering Technologist

Our client is a leading South African engineering and manufacturing organisation delivering specialised solutions for complex industrial and infrastructure projects. Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of complex structural engineering projects while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Manage project planning, technical reviews, and construction support activities. Oversee quality assurance processes, mentor junior team members, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide specialist structural engineering expertise across multidisciplinary projects within an industrial environment.

• Tech Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional ECSA Registration (Pr Tech Eng or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years' structural engineering experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, defence, or heavy engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel and reinforced concrete design, and applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Proficiency in Prokon, Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects, managing stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineering professionals.
