About the Role:
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for regulatory excellence?
We Buy Cars is looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team! As we continue to grow, we need a diligent professional to ensure our FICA and KYC processes are seamless, accurate, and fully compliant.
📍Location:
- Head Office, Centurion, Pretoria
- FICA/KYC Oversight: Conducting and reviewing meticulous checks across our buying, sales, and finance departments.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and investigating discrepancies to keep the business risk‑free.
- Internal Expert: Serving as the "go-to" person for internal teams regarding documentation requirements.
- Strategic Support: Assisting the Head of Legal and Legal Manager with audits and special regulatory projects.
Job Requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent
- Understanding of the FICA Act
- 1 - 2 years experience in a compliance or similar role
- Certificate in Compliance is an advantage
