Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Originator to expand their lending team in Centurion . This role involves building relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the mortgage application process, and securing financing for their property purchases. You will play a key part in helping individuals and families achieve their home ownership dreams, working within a supportive and results-oriented environment.

Success in this position requires strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of mortgage products and the South African property market, ideally within the bustling Centurion area.

• Proactively generate new mortgage loan leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough client interviews to assess their financial situation and determine appropriate loan products.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual loan origination targets.

• Proven track record in mortgage loan origination or a related sales role within financial services.
• Deep understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and the loan application lifecycle.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of potential clients effectively.
• Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems.
