About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters
- Maintain and update financial documentation and filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
- Proven experience in a financial support role or similar position
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
