We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Financial Manager to join our organisation within the training and education sector, based in Centurion, Gauteng. We would appreciate your assistance in identifying suitable candidates who have strong financial management experience and can manage both the operational and strategic financial requirements of the business.

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Cash flow management, working capital and financial risk management.
• Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Management of taxation, statutory compliance and audit requirements.
• Development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
• Financial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Management and development of the finance team.
• Liaising with auditors, banks and other financial stakeholders.

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Strong knowledge of South African taxation, accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification.

Previous experience within the training, education or professional services sector.

We are looking for a hands-on Financial Manager who can take ownership of the finance function, maintain strong financial controls and provide meaningful financial insights to management. A CA(SA) qualification is not compulsory. Candidates holding a BCom Accounting degree with solid financial management experience should be equally considered.
