In this fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise in skin health and treatment to provide personalized consultations and product recommendations via video calls and digital communication channels. This role is crucial in guiding clients through their skincare journeys, helping them achieve their desired results from the comfort of their homes.
You will be at the forefront of personalized online beauty services, contributing to a client-centric approach that emphasizes education and effective, tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed virtual consultations with clients to assess skin types, concerns, and goals using provided assessment tools.
- Develop personalized skincare routines and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual needs.
- Provide expert advice on product usage, ingredient efficacy, and best practices for at-home skincare.
- Educate clients on skin health, common dermatological issues, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive client records, tracking progress and adjusting recommendations as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments, skincare ingredients, and product lines.
- Certified or licensed Aesthetician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or salon setting.
- Proven track record in client consultation and personalized skincare plan development.
- Deep knowledge of various skin conditions, ingredients, and cosmetic science.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills for effective virtual interaction.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible remote schedule.
