About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Esthetician & Spa Therapist to join their upscale spa in Centurion. This role requires a professional who is passionate about delivering transformative skincare treatments and a holistic spa experience. You will be responsible for providing a variety of facial treatments, body therapies, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. This hybrid role allows for remote consultation or administrative tasks when not performing in-person treatments, offering a blend of flexibility and hands-on client care.

- Perform a comprehensive range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and targeted therapies for various skin types and concerns.
- Administer professional body treatments such as massages, scrubs, and wraps to promote relaxation and well-being.
- Operate and maintain specialized spa equipment, including laser, microdermabrasion, and chemical peel technologies.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate them on skincare maintenance routines.
- Maintain meticulous client records and ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Certified and experienced Esthetician with a minimum of 4 years of practical experience.
- Proficiency in performing advanced skincare treatments and operating spa equipment.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
- Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a focus on providing a luxurious spa experience.
- Current professional certifications and relevant health and safety qualifications.
