• Perform a comprehensive range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic and skincare industry.
• Promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with other clinic staff to ensure seamless client experience.
• Contribute to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere.

• Must possess a valid Aesthetician license in South Africa.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Licensed Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio of treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Proficiency in performing various advanced skincare treatments and operating aesthetic equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays as required by clinic schedule.
