Senior Advanced Skincare & Laser Therapist

Our client, a distinguished aesthetic clinic known for its sophisticated treatments and client-focused approach, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Skincare and Laser Therapist for their premier facility in Centurion, Gauteng . This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both advanced skincare modalities and laser therapies. You will be responsible for delivering expert treatments, conducting in-depth client consultations, and contributing to the clinic's reputation for delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of skin science, proficiency with a range of advanced aesthetic devices, and a commitment to providing personalized care. We are looking for someone who can elevate the client experience and contribute significantly to the success of our Centurion practice.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, identifying skin concerns and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Perform advanced skincare treatments including, but not limited to, chemical peels, microneedling, RF therapy, and bespoke facials.
• Operate various medical-grade laser and light-based devices for procedures such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigment and vascular lesion correction.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and client comfort during all treatments.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as recommending appropriate home care regimens.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment logs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in the aesthetics and laser industry.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate effectively with other practitioners and support staff to provide cohesive client care.
• Uphold the clinic’s brand image and service standards.

• A professional qualification in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, or a related aesthetic discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician, with a strong specialization in advanced treatments and laser therapies.
• Certified and proficient in operating multiple types of advanced lasers and IPL systems.
• Proven experience with treatments targeting acne, scarring, aging signs, pigmentation, and hair reduction.
• Thorough understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Professional and polished demeanor, reflecting the clinic's premium service.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry innovations.
