Talent Pool: Health Advice & Engagement Consultant MMH

The Business purpose is to grow the Health client book. This specific role will support this purpose by the engagement with potential Momentum Health members, to provide advice on the Momentum Health value proposition in order to facilitate membership of Momentum Health and provide on going engagement activities.

• Matric
• RE5 License
• Tertiary / Post Matric qualification advantageous
• Min 1-year Sales or Medical Aid Industry related experience advantageous

• Adhere to organisational best practice and legislative requirements.
• To understand and convey the full Momentum Health Value Proposition including ancillary products such as Multiply, Health Saver, Momentum Gap cover and any other additional products as required. This entails offering tailored Advice on allvhealthcare needs of a client.
• Identify clients at risk of termination and proactively address possible termination.
• Drive and support the achievement of personal targets and KPI’s.
• Engage with potential members to facilitate membership of Momentum Health in a professional manner.
• Display the Momentum Metropolitan value in all interactions with clients /potential clients.
• Generate leads and referrals.
• Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.
• Display the Momentum Metropolitan values.
