This position, based in our Centurion, Gauteng office, requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of tech roles and talent landscapes. You will be responsible for building and expanding our client's tech recruitment division, connecting innovative tech companies with top-tier IT professionals.

This role demands a strategic approach to talent sourcing and client relationship management, contributing significantly to the firm's expertise and market presence in the tech recruitment domain.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the technology recruitment market.
• Source, vet, and manage a pipeline of high-quality technology candidates for diverse roles.
• Conduct detailed client needs analysis for technical positions and provide market insights.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, market demands, and talent pools to advise clients effectively.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
• Demonstrable success in business development and client management within tech recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of common IT roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
  Experience using advanced sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is essential.
