About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Centurion . This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an individual with a passion for people and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition. You will work closely with senior consultants, learning the intricacies of the recruitment process, from candidate engagement to client service.

The role is office-based, providing a structured environment for learning and mentorship, and fostering strong team collaboration. You will be integral in supporting recruitment campaigns and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

• Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and brief interviews to assess suitability.
• Support senior consultants with client communication and relationship management.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the company's CRM system.

• Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR-related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment industry.
• Ability to work effectively within an office-based , team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
