About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Centurion . This role is responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will play a key role in supporting our employees and management team, ensuring HR practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with company values.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who can effectively manage daily HR operations and contribute to strategic HR initiatives within a stable organizational setting.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
• Support the performance review process and assist with development plans.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in the HR system.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Solid understanding of South African labor legislation.
• Proficiency in HR software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
