Our client, a specialist recruitment consultancy in Centurion, Gauteng , is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the technology sector. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of tech recruiters, driving recruitment strategy, and managing key client relationships within the IT and digital space. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of technology recruitment consultants to achieve collective goals.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies for tech roles, including software development, cybersecurity, and data science.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient and effective placement of candidates.
- Drive business development by identifying and nurturing new client opportunities within the technology sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment data and market intelligence to optimize sourcing and selection processes.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Specialized experience and a deep understanding of the Technology recruitment landscape.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field is preferred.
