About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented HR Manager with a specialization in Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts in Centurion. This role is critical in attracting and securing top talent to fuel the company's growth and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and a passion for building high-performing teams, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on them.
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for various roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
