IT Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a specialist Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking a dedicated IT Recruitment Consultant to join their established office in Centurion . This role focuses exclusively on sourcing and placing highly skilled IT professionals across a spectrum of technologies and industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and cultural nuances, ensuring the delivery of exceptional talent. You will be a key player in driving the success of the IT recruitment division, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in the competitive tech landscape.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, from initial client briefing to successful placement.
• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche IT skill sets.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding process.
• Stay abreast of current IT market trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, project managers).
• Strong understanding of the South African IT job market and key technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in a dedicated office environment.
