Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for bridging business needs and technical solutions?

We’re looking for a sharp Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT and business. You’ll use data insights and system knowledge to assess processes, define requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

This role focuses on improving business processes and ensuring functional system requirements are aligned across projects and the system lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and system architects to make sure solutions meet business needs and support organisational goals. Key areas include requirements analysis, system integration and testing, project support, system support, and change management.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Support system integration testing (UAT) and post-deployment validation.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot system issues.
• Contribute to change management training and user adoption strategies.
• Assist in WPF workflows, HTML edits, and API interpretation for business integration.

• Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, ERDs, UML, and data modelling.
• Experience with SQL scripting, stored procedures, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and system implementation projects.
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with WPF, Zendesk, or Splynx.
