Our client, an innovative and growing organisation, is looking to appoint a Graduate UI/UX Designer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working on real-world digital products while developing practical skills in user research, design, and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct basic user research and help translate findings into design improvements
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth user experiences
Support usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
Maintain design consistency in line with brand guidelines
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Strong portfolio of academic or personal UI/UX projects
Understanding of user-centred design principles
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
