Technical Support

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products or services
• Provide step-by-step guidance to users to resolve problems
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams
• Log and track support tickets accurately in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, systems, and processes
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Relevant IT/Technical qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
• Experience using ticketing systems / CRM tools
• Basic understanding of:
• Computer hardware and software
• Networking fundamentals
• Operating systems (Windows/Mac)

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
