Junior Data Administrator

• Clean, validate, and maintain datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports
• Automate reporting processes and standardise data outputs
• Support system testing, deployment, and integration activities
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data and system improvements
• Prepare monthly performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders

• Grade 12 (NQF Level
  4) with a Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics or reporting
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong ability to clean, validate, and analyse datasets
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
