Our client is seeking a high-octane, "hunter-profile"
External Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our cutting-edge Security Technology portfolio. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and possesses a deep understanding of security solutions—ranging from AI-integrated surveillance and access control to enterprise-level cybersecurity frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting cold prospects into long-term strategic partners.
- Minimum 5+ years of successful external B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically within Security Technology (CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Security, or Cybersecurity).
- Solid understanding of the technical specifications and integration capabilities of modern electronic security hardware and software.
- An existing portfolio of corporate contacts or a demonstrated ability to build a high-value network from
- Certifications in Security Systems or Sales Methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Miller Heiman) are an advantage.
- Own vehicle (Essential for site visits and client meetings).
- A "hunter" mindset with the stamina to handle long sales cycles and the persistence to overcome gatekeepers and objections.
- Ability to communicate in high-level business English, delivering polished, persuasive presentations to executive boards.
- Capable of translating complex technical jargon into value-based business language for non-technical decision-makers.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate new market segments, specifically targeting large-scale commercial, industrial, and retail enterprises.
