Role Overview
We are looking for a Zoho Training & Adoption Specialist to help customers successfully adopt and use the solutions delivered by Infolytics.
This role combines customer training, learning content development, solution validation, and user adoption support. Working closely with Sales, Implementations, Development, Project Management, Customer Success, and Support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident, capable, and ready to get the most from their Zoho solutions.
Key Responsibilities Training & Adoption- Deliver end-user and administrator training across the Zoho ecosystem.
- Facilitate online, in-person, hybrid, and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Tailor training to customer business processes and operational requirements.
- Conduct learner assessments and gather training feedback.
- Support customers during onboarding, implementation, and post-go-live adoption.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge base content.
- Create short training videos and reusable learning resources.
- Manage and organise learning content within approved platforms and repositories.
- Review implemented solutions before customer training and go-live.
- Validate business processes and user journeys from an end-user perspective.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify usability, process, and configuration issues and provide feedback to project teams.
- Ensure training materials accurately reflect implemented solutions.
- Work closely with consultants, developers, project managers, customer success, and support teams throughout the customer journey.
- Assist with internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Infolytics' training, adoption, and customer enablement services.
Preferred:
Diploma or Degree in Education or Training, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development, Business Management, Information Technology, Communications, Organisational Development or a related field.

- Facilitation or Instructional Design Certification
- Change Management Certification
- Zoho Certifications
- Business Analysis or Customer Success Certifications
Relevant experience in software training, consulting, customer success, business analysis, or system implementation may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Required Skills & Experience Essential- 2–5 years' experience delivering software, systems, or business application training.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating training documentation and learning content.
- Experience developing video-based learning resources.
- Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with Zoho applications.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, Customer Service, or Operations platforms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Zoho Learn, or Trainer Central.
- Experience in consulting, customer success, business analysis, quality assurance, or software implementation environments.
- Exposure to UAT, process validation, or user adoption initiatives.
