A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8-12 years of IT experience - this is where your origin story begins
3-5 years leading high‑performing IT teams, bringing out the hero in every team member
CompTIA A+ certified, with proven expertise across hardware, software, and networking
MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) certified
Experience with Systems Analysis and enterprise business platforms such as CRM or ERP
