Information Technology; IT Graduate

As an Information Technology (IT) Graduate, you will embark on an exciting career in IT support and development. This entry-level position focuses on providing technical assistance, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and contributing to project teams. You'll have the chance to apply your academic knowledge in a practical environment while learning from experienced professionals.

• Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstation setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, contributing your insights and learning from others.
• Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve service delivery.
• Support the testing and implementation of new software and systems as needed.

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
