A Business Information Technology Intern bridges the gap between business operations and IT by supporting the development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. They assist with system analysis, database management, troubleshooting, and testing IT applications while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities- Assist in analyzing business needs and identifying IT solutions
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems
- Collaborate with teams to document workflows and system processes
- Help test and implement new software or updates
- Prepare reports on IT operations and performance
- National Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or equivalent
