What You'll Do

Build, manage, and optimise cloud infrastructure across production, staging, and development environments.
Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
Improve platform performance, scalability, security, and resilience.
Enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities.
Support backup, disaster recovery, failover, and business continuity initiatives.
Champion Dev Sec Ops practices, vulnerability management, patching, and secure platform configurations.
Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure and developer experience.
Contribute to agile delivery teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

7+ years' experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Strong hands-on AWS experience.
Solid Linux administration experience in production environments.
Proven expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation.
Experience designing and supporting secure, compliant environments.
Exposure to PCI-DSS and/or ISO
27001 environments will be advantageous.
Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, agile delivery, and cloud-native technologies.
Experience with in Fin Tech, technology, or other high-growth environments preferred.
