Information Security Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Information Security Manager to lead their security initiatives in Centurion . This leadership role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's comprehensive information security program. You will be responsible for managing a team of security professionals, directing security strategy, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks, and a proven track record in managing security operations and compliance.

• Develop and execute the organization's information security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the information security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection.
