• Monitor network performance and availability using advanced management tools, identifying and escalating potential issues.

• Generate regular performance reports, analyzing network traffic patterns and system utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 network operational support.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in network operations or a similar technical support role within the telecoms industry.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Nagios) and ticketing systems.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts, protocols, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for coordination within the Centurion operations center.
