Cybersecurity Analyst - Threat Intelligence

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and analytical Cybersecurity Analyst with a specialization in Threat Intelligence to join their team, based in Centurion . In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, analyzing, and disseminating information about emerging cyber threats, threat actors, and their methodologies. Your insights will directly inform defensive strategies and help protect the organization from sophisticated attacks.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various threat intelligence sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain threat profiles for known and emerging adversaries targeting the organization.
• Produce actionable threat intelligence reports for different stakeholders, including security operations and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with internal security teams to integrate threat intelligence into detection and response capabilities.
• Monitor the dark web and other open-source intelligence (OSINT) channels for relevant threat information.
• Provide expert advice on threat landscape evolution and recommend strategic security enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in threat intelligence analysis or a similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical factors influencing cyber threats and common attack vectors .
• Proficiency with threat intelligence platforms and data analysis tools.
• Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
