Westrocon is currently seeking a highly accomplished and certified Lead SAP Success Factors Architect to join and contribute to the growth of its expanding SAP Success Factors team. This is a full-time position that presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and significantly influence the future trajectory of Westrocon's Success Factors practice. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker possessing profound technical expertise in the SAP Success Factors suite, coupled with robust leadership capabilities essential for driving successful client engagements.

In this pivotal role, the Solution Architect will be instrumental in various critical areas, including pre-sales activities, the design of innovative solutions, the oversight of implementation projects, and the mentorship of team members. The role requires experience with full-cycle implementations using both Agile and SAP Activate methodology, ensuring scalable and efficient delivery. Additionally, the position offers the opportunity to gain global exposure, enabling cross-border knowledge sharing and involvement in international projects.

As a minimum the candidate must:

• Have a least 8 years’ experience in designing and implementing SAP Success Factors
• Have completed at least 6 full lifecycle SAP Success Factors implementations that included SAP Success Factors Employee Central
• Be certified in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Core HR
• Be certified in at least 3 additional SAP Success Factors modules
• Be experienced in configuring and maintaining Role-based Permissions across SAP Success Factors
• Be experienced in integrating SAP Success Factors to other SAP solutions (e.g. S/HANA) and 3rd party solutions
• Have experience in SAP Success Factors Reporting and Analytics, including Story Reporting
• Be able to analyse and manage the bi-annual SAP Success Factors Software Releases
• Have experience in writing comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals
• Be able to conduct demonstrations and presentations to customers and potential customers
• Represent Westrocon at SAP Success Factors events
• Have experience in mentoring junior consultants, supporting them in their development

The Lead SAP Success Factors Architect will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks aimed at driving the growth of Westrocon's Success Factors practice and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Solution Architect will take the lead in defining the overarching SAP Success Factors architecture and strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the client's HR strategies and business objectives.
