Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analysis, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business Analysis certification or diploma will be advantageous
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Data Analytics, or AI-related certifications will be advantageous for senior appointments.
- Gemstone platform experience
- 4 to 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience working with integrated business systems and technology solutions
- Experience with in financial services, investments, or a related industry would be advantageous
- 8+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
- Proven experience leading complex business analysis and transformation initiatives
- Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions
Skills:
Business Analysis:
- Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation skills
- Process modelling and documentation capability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills:
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and SQL
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Visio, Lucidchart, Postman, SoapUI, Power BI, or similar.
- Understanding of UML, BPMN, and business process modelling techniques
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and digital technologies will be advantageous.
