Senior UX​/UI Designer - Digital Platforms

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic product development team in Centurion . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across their web and mobile applications. This role involves deep collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless, aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

You will play a key role in defining the user journey, improving usability, and ensuring a cohesive design language that enhances user satisfaction and drives product adoption.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a pixel-perfect user interface.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, championing best practices in UX/UI design.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on designs and continuously optimize the user experience.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
