Helpdesk Support Analyst

Our client seeks a skilled and proactive Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their IT support team in Centurion . You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization and maintaining high levels of employee productivity. • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to support tickets and user requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common office applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
