Project Manager - Agile Environments

Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their vibrant team in Centurion, Gauteng , focusing on leading projects within fast-paced, Agile environments . This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage project life cycles, facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will be central to the success of key initiatives, working closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to navigate project complexities.

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager , with a strong emphasis on Agile project delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.
